The content of cytokines in the tissues was determined as described in Materials and Methods. Values are shown as mean ± SD. *p < 0.05 vs. ICH + saline group, #p < 0.05, ##p < 0.01, ###p < 0.001 vs. sham + saline group. Data were analyzed as repeated measures by one way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni correction.
