Effect of hypothermia on ROS production in LPS-stimulated microglial cells: DCFDA assay. BV-2 microglial cells (5 x 104 cells per well in a 96-well plate) were treated with LPS (100 ng/ml) for six hours under normothermic (37 °C) or hypothermic (29 °C) conditions as indicated (A).
