Effects of intrathecal ATL on the expression of IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α mRNA assessed by RT-PCR in the spinal cords of rats with CIBP. The L4-L5 spinal cords were used to test 2 hours after i.t. injection with ATL (0.3 nmol/20 μl) or NS (20 μl) on day 11 after surgery.
