Infliximab prevents Zaprinast-induced glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) overexpression in cultured porcine retina. Retinal explants were incubated with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), Zaprinast and Infliximab alone or combined with Zaprinast as described in Methods.
