The number of T2 lesions at baseline and after one year of follow-up was grouped into three different categories: 0 lesions, between 1 and 9 lesions, or more than 9 lesions. Boxplots show the distribution of CSF levels of semaphorin 7A and ala-beta-his-dipeptidase among these categories. P values were obtained by means of a Mann-Whitney U test.
