Aquaporin-4 (AQP4)-specific sequences are marked in bold (for example, VH33), CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 parts are underlined. On average, greater than 80% of the translated CSF transcriptome sequences were identified by 2 or more Ig peptide sequences.
