The proliferation of activated T cells from the WT and Nlrp12 −/− mice in vitro. a, b CD4+ T cells were stained with CFSE and activated with plate-bound anti-CD3/CD28 antibodies stimulation for 3 days. The intensity of CFSE dye in the cells was analyzed by flow cytometry. No significant difference was observed. c Purified CD4+ T cells from the WT and Nlrp12 −/− mice were stimulated with anti-CD3/CD28 for 72 h, and the incorporation of 3H-thymidine was measured during the final 18 h of cell culture. Statistical significance was accepted at *P < 0.05. Statistical analysis was done by Mann-Whitney U test, n = 3–6 per group
