Erythrocyte lysates upregulated IRAK4 expression but downregulated miR-367 expression in microglia. Microglia (1 × 105) was stimulated with 10 μl PBS or erythrocyte lysates for 48 h. a IRAK4 and miR-367 mRNA expression levels were evaluated by quantitative RT-PCR. b IRAK4 protein expression levels were evaluated by western blots. Experiments performed in triplicate showed consistent results. Data are presented as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05
