miR-367 inhibited NF-κB activation and the downstream production of proinflammatory mediators in microglia. Microglia was transfected with miR-367 mimics or miR-367 control. And then, microglia (1 × 105) was stimulated with PBS or erythrocyte lysates for 48 h. a NF-κB p65 mRNA and protein expression were analyzed using by RT-PCR and western blots. b IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α mRNA and protein expression were evaluated by RT-PCR and ELISA. Experiments performed in triplicate showed consistent results. Data are presented as the mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *P < 0.05
