The NF-κB inhibitor Ro-106-9920 alters TLR gene expression rat cortical microglia. Cells were first incubated 30 min with 1 μM (a–c) or 3 μM (d–f) Ro-106-9920 (‘Ro-106’) in serum-free and serum-containing medium, respectively, followed by addition of LPS to a final concentration of 100 ng/ml LPS.
