Memory deficits are prevented in 5xFAD mice with ASC+/− genotype. Hippocampal-dependent learning and long-term spatial memory were assessed in a modified Morris water maze paradigm. A protocol of three trials/day during 6 days was used as a training period for WT and 5xFAD ASC mice. Results are expressed as the mean latency to reach the platform ± SEM and analyzed by ANOVA for repeated measures, ***P < 0.001 vs F+ A+/+, (a).
