Fingolimod (FTY720) does not alter pro- and anti-inflammatory cytokine levels after injury. Neither sciatic nerve levels of TNF-α (a) nor IL-10 (b) were found to be significantly affected by fingolimod treatment at 24 h post-crush. Baseline sciatic nerve cytokine levels were determined in naive mice. N = 3/3/11/9 animals for each graph, from left to right.
