Effect of Ex-4 on PI3K/Akt/GSK-3β pathway in warfarin-associated HT after cerebral ischemia. Mice were intravenously treated either with Ex-4 (Ex-4, 10 mg/kg) or Ex-4 plus the PI3K inhibitor (wortmannin) (15 μL/kg) right after reperfusion. The expression levels of a, b p-Akt/Akt and c, d p-GSK-3β/GSK-3β were analyzed by immunoblotting. Representative blots from six independent experiments with similar results are shown. Data are presented as mean ± SD from six independent experiments and analyzed by one-way ANOVA. *P < 0.05 vs. MCAO group; # P < 0.05 vs. MCAO + warfarin group; **P < 0.05 vs. MCAO + warfarin + Ex-4 group
