Ex-4 attenuated pro-inflammatory cytokines in warfarin-associated HT after cerebral ischemia. Mice were intravenously treated with either Ex-4 (Ex-4, 10 mg/kg) or Ex-4 plus wortmannin (15 μL/kg) right after reperfusion. The expression levels of a IKK-β and b NF-kB were analyzed by western blotting. The concentrations of pro-inflammatory cytokines c TNF-α and d IL-1β were detected by ELISA. Data are mean ± SD from six independent experiments and analyzed by one-way ANOVA. *P < 0.05 vs. MCAO group; # P < 0.05 vs. MCAO + warfarin group; **P < 0.05 vs. MCAO + warfarin + Ex-4 group
