Metabolic pathways analysis of Th1 NSCs. Enriched metabolic pathways were ranked according to their FDR values calculated by the MetPa method implemented in MetaboAnalyst 2.0 software. The most significant pathways for Th1 NSCs compared to basal NSCs were represented by both the bigger/red dots and by those dots with higher log p value. The pathway impact is calculated as the sum of the importance measures of the matched metabolites normalized by the sum of the importance measures of all metabolites in each pathway
