miR-124a and miR-155 are upregulated in CD4+ T cells of patients with neuropathic pain. a Total RNA was extracted from purified CD4+ T cells of patients suffering from neuropathic pain (n = 11) as well as from those of healthy volunteers (n = 9, control). Relative expression of endogenous miR-124a and miR-155 was quantified by qPCR using U47 RNA as normalizing control. Expression of miR-124a (a, left panel) and miR-155 (a, right panel) in patients with neuropathic pain as compared to healthy volunteers is shown. Data are given as means ± SD; *p < 0.05.
