Role of miR-132 induction in Tat neurotoxicity. SH-SY5Y were transfected with Tat.Myc (Tat), miR-132i, or both and cultured for 48 h. The cell culture supernatants were collected and assayed for the LDH release. C3 and a control miRNA (miR-ctrl) were used to equalize the input amount of DNA and miRNA. The data were mean ± SD of triplicates and representative of three independent experiments
