APAP attenuated the accumulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines induced by LPS in the mouse hippocampus. Levels of IL-1β (a), IL-6 (b) and TNF-α (c) in samples of the hippocampus 6 h after LPS administration. IL-1β, IL-6 and TNF-α were increased by LPS, and APAP reversed the accumulation of those pro-inflammation cytokines.
