Determination of WWL70 inhibitory effect on PGE₂ and PGE₂-G productions using LC/MS/MS. BV2 cells treated with LPS (0.1 μg/ml) for 8 h were replaced with fresh non-serum medium containing 2-AG with/without WWL70 and incubated for 30 min. PGs in the medium was extracted with SPE, then employed LC-MS/MS together with internal standards PGE₂-d₄ and PGE₂-G-d₅ to determine the quantity of PGE₂ (a) and PGE₂-G (b). nd denotes not detected.
