PLX treatment ameliorates motor deficits of SCA1 mice. After 2 months of PLX treatment, WT and ATXN1[82Q] and untreated controls were tested on a rotarod (a, N ≥ 10) and balance beam (b, N ≥ 6) at 3 months of age. Each dot represents one mouse, and values indicate mean ± SEM. Asterisk indicates p < 0.05 by one-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post hoc test and one-way ANOVA with pairwise permutation tests, using Benjamini-Hochberg procedure p value adjustment, presence of n.s. indicates that p > 0.05 and that data was not significantly different
