LC3 dots were visualized under fluorescent confocal microscope (a) and quantified (b) following RFP-GFP-tandem fluorescent LC3 adeno-associated virus transfected to RVLM for 2 weeks. At least 20 cells per group were included for the counting of RFP- and GFP-LC3 puncta.
