Poldip2 protein expression is upregulated in the ischemic brain tissue. Mouse brains were harvested after sham surgery or tMCAO, followed by reperfusion for the indicated time. Poldip2 was measured in the ischemic hemisphere by western blotting and densitometry. Representative blots are shown.
