Preventive treatment of 2-DG suppressed humoral immune response on day 13 p.i. The expression of MHC II on OX62+ DC (a) and the percentages of Tfh (CD4+CXCR5+ICOS+) cells (b) were detected by flow cytometry. For Tfh cell analysis, CD4+ cells were first gated.
