Deficiency of endogenous TSG-6 leads to an exaggerated proinflammatory microglial phenotype. Immunofluorescence labeling and quantification analysis (ad) and western blot (e, f) and showing that inhibition of TSG-6 further enhanced the increased levels of CD86 and the enhanced CD163 levels was decreased 24 h after SAH compared with the scramble siRNA group.
