Ibrutinib significantly downregulated LPS-stimulated COX-2 levels in vivo. a Wild-type mice were injected with ibrutinib (10 mg/kg, i.p.) or vehicle (10% DMSO, i.p.) daily for 3 days, followed by injection of LPS (10 mg/kg, i.p.) or PBS.
