Chronic treatment with MCC950 (NLRP3 inhibitor) attenuated the increased expression levels of IL-1β, p-ERK, CGRP and c-Fos proteins. a NTG induced increase of IL-1β protein expression. There were no obvious differences between the NTG and NTG+PBS groups.
