  1. BMSCs among different groups were analyzed for CD 29, 34, 44, and 45 expressions using fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) with flow cytometry at passage 3. The lack of CD 34 and 45 expressions and the presence of CD 29 and 44 expressions indicated a remaining mesenchymal stem cell lineage after miR-9 mimic transfection
