  1. *Data represent findings from random GEE Poisson analyses sorted from low (green/yellow) to high (orange/red) rate ratios. Low rate ratios (≤ 0.5) indicate a protective effect, while rate ratios (≥ 1.0) indicate that the risk for Gd + lesions is associated with an increase in immune measures, represented by an increase by one standard deviation from the mean z score, as described in the methods section. Data are restricted to p values ≤ 0.05 after Benjamini-Hochberg corrections. All study timepoints were included in the analyses.
