  1. Differential expression values for a subset of genes, grouped by functional categories, for WT and APP/PS1 mice. Values were measured by array analysis and were expressed as fold changes compared with control group. Fold changes were in linear scale, thus < 1.0 means downregulated genes while > 1.0 means upregulated. *P < 0.05, ** P < 0.01 compared with control, #P < 0.05, compared with WT-BaP mice
