Increased PVN activity during CSN stimulation. Eight to 10-week-old C57BL/6 mice were obtained, and the CSN was isolated and stimulated (600 μA, 10 Hz). Electrical activity recordings of the PVN of the hypothalamus were taken using a stereotaxic frame.
