Quantification of TNFα production of primary cell cultures. Twenty-four hours after EtOH and cytokine treatment, cell culture supernates were collected. Concentrations of released TNFα (pg/ml) in the supernate of all the three isolated primary cell cultures were quantified using ELISA.
