Appearance of CLN-5+ monocytes in blood/CNS during EAE. Peripheral blood and CNS leukocytes were collected at various days (D) following EAE induction, and analyzed by flow cytometry to identify CLN-5+ cells among total monocytes, non-inflammatory monocytes (Ly6Clo), and inflammatory monocytes (Ly6Chi). Number of CLN-5+ monocytes of each subtype and their percentage of each population in blood/CNS are reported. Individual data points are overlaid for each group.
