Plasma and CSF soluble markers of immune activation. Transient increases in soluble markers of immune activation were observed in the plasma (interleukin, IL-15, monocyte chemoattractant protein-1, MCP-1, IL-1 receptor antagonist, IL-1RA and IL-2) and CSF (IL-15, MCP-1, granulocyte colony stimulating factor, G-CSF) early post-ZIKV infection.
