GPR120 affects neuronal death after SE. GPR120-AAV-KD markedly decreased the number of surviving cells after SE, whereas GPR120-AAV-OE showed the opposite effect. There were not statistically significant between GPR120-AAV-OE group and Control group in CA1, CA3 and DG regions (scale bar = 50 μm). For the analysis, n = 3 for each group.
