IgG 50kDA (ac) and 25-kDa (df) protein abundance was comparable between schizophrenia cases and control subjects. IgG 50-kDa and 25-kDa immunoreactive bands were detected in midbrain protein homogenates from all individuals. IgG protein abundance relative to β-actin was unchanged when comparing midbrain from schizophrenia cases (b, e) and control subjects (b, e).
