MCC950 reduced CUMS-induced activation of tau protein phosphorylation-related protein kinase. A The expression of target protein was detected by Western Blotting. B MCC950 and fluoxetine could improve CUMS induced the phosphorylation level of GSK-3β at Ser9 site. C CUMS significantly increased the phosphorylation level of ERK1/2 at Thr202/Tyr204 site, and both MCC950 and fluoxetine could decrease. The data were shown by mean and standard error (Mean ± SEM).
