Effect of GSK-343 treatments on pro-inflammatory cytokine. ELISA assay revealed a significant upregulation of pro-inflammatory cytokines expression such as IL-1β, IL-6, IL-2 and IL-17A in the MPTP mice, compared to the Sham mice (A–D). These expressions were considerably reduced following GSK-343 treatments at all doses (1 mg/kg, 5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg). Data are representative of at least three independent experiments.
