A Anti-inflammatory CD31Hi cells showed an immediate increase in population percent and a decrease in iNOS (day 1). On day 3, population percent remained significantly increased coinciding with a reduction in CCL2 expression. Population percent trended higher on day 7 and was significantly higher on day 14. B Proinflammatory CD31Med saw a decreased population percent, but increased TNFα, VCAM-1, and CCL2 expression through days 1–7. ICAM expression increased on day 3 and remained up until day 14
