LPS exposure increases GPR17 expression in the mouse brain. The mice were injected with LPS (0.25 mg/kg, i.p.) for 7 days, and the expression of GPR17 in the brain was detected by Western blot, RT-PCR, and immunofluorescent staining after injection.
