Mfn1 and Opa1 are essential for the anti-inflammatory effect of EMPA in BV2 cells treated with LPS. A BV2 cells were transfected with si-Mfn1 or Opa1 and followed with LPS stimulation with or without EMPA for 24 h. mRNA expression levels of inflammatory factors (IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-α) among groups were determined by qRT-PCR analysis (n = 3–4).
